Bestica, nation’s leading User Experience staffing firm, has exclusive relationships with many clients nationwide. We are seeking a Sr. UX Researcher for a client based in the South Bay Area.  Do you love to work with today’s leading technology and on exciting projects? The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, creating and presenting final results to clients. This is an amazing opportunity to gain valuable experience and work directly with the Director of User Experience. 

This position is offers competitive benefits, some travel locally and internationally and the opportunity to speak at various UX conferences.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• BS or MA in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology,
  Statistics or related field required
• At least 5 years experience conducting quantitative research
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product
  Managers, and UI Designers
• Experience writing scope of work documents, working with offshore teams and working with remote user testing tools are all a big plus!
• Demonstrative experience with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative user research activities and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis
• Experience designing, analyzing, and implementing un-moderated remote user studies, and analyzing logs of user behavior and applying statistics to the results
• Strong knowledge and experience with software applications, web applications, and web sites
• Love to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and passionate about presenting to high profile executive leadership and clients
• Ability to work with a team or independently
• Must be a quick study and love to learn about new products and technologies
