Bestica the nation’s leading User Experience staffing firm, has relationships with clients nationwide.  We are actively seeking a Sr. Visual Designer to help design our clients consumer-facing product for our client based in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Creating an innovative web & mobile/tablet application
• Ability to work with our client’s small but very talented production team.
• Design precision, out of the box design aspiration
• Takes challenges on and has a make things happen approach
• Ability to create a collaborative environment with engineering
• Mobile-first deployment is our number one process
• User testing, analytics-driven UX design
• Always keeping branding in the forefront of the design process.

Qualifications/Skills:

• An amazing senior visual designer that can convey that through their portfolio.
• Experience with creating/designing consumer-facing products  
• Experience with marketing design (ad creative, landing pages, A/B testing of key interfaces, CRM design).
• Analytics-driven optimization is always a part of process.
