When you are in the process of actively searching for a job, it is important that you are ready for a phone interview on a moment’s notice. Like Batman scanning the sky for the bat signal, you never know when a recruiter might call and you always want to sound as prepared and confident as possible.

When there is a call for you from company the first thing to do is identify a way to clear your head and shift your focus to the business at hand. Whether you’re a contractor who interviews every few months or someone who is considering a career change after many years with one company, Bestica is here to be your advocate and coach through the process.

Follow Through.
(It makes for a better golf swing AND it might get you hired!)

   1.  Immediately after the interview (Yes, we do mean from the parking lot on your cell!), phone your        Bestica UX Recruiter to debrief the interview.
   2. Send a short but sincere thank you letter or email (or maybe both) to your interviewer that briefly        reaffirms your interest in the position and expresses appreciation for the time and consideration        of the company in granting the intervew.
   3. Your Bestica UX recruiter will provide you any relevant feedback received from the company and        coordinate further interviews or work with you in negotiating the job offer.
   4. Keep your Bestica UX recruiter updated on any contacts you have with your prospective employer        beyond the interview so that everyone is on the same page who is working for you!
